A Meeting of the Minds

Last night I sat with Ari for a long time in the bathroom, rubbing and scratching and talking to her. I guess she must have felt better because this morning she'd left her little fort under the bed and we couldn't find her anywhere.

We searched all of Trixie's usual spots and had no luck. Finally I started looking in any drawers and cupboards that weren't fully closed and sure enough I found her in with the pots and pans.

The fact that she's venturing out almost makes it worth it to me that I'll have to wash every single thing in the cupboard. Anyway, it didn't take Trixie long to discover where she was either and ever since they've been flirting with the idea of getting to know each other.

We're on our way.
